Chi è: After a diploma in Aeronautics and a University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, I joined IBM at the Tivoli Laboratory. Soon after I joined Accenture where I worked in the Pharmaceutical industry as a Business Consultant on strategic projects of BPR and Change Management. This very challenging period gave me strong skills and attitudes in program and project management and in leading multidisciplinary teams. Then I joined Alitalia Airlines to work at the start-up joint venture with KLM. I worked both with Alitalia and KLM Board to design the new business model of the new-co. I was then appointed as Head of International Organisation Development of the New-Co. After an MBA I joined BNL for the start-up of the e-business Division. Then I spent a period in the PMO department to guarantee the governance of the strategic projects of BNL Group and finally I joined the HR department as head of Organization & HR Development for the ICT & Operations Division. In 2006 BNL became part of BNPParibas Group and I was appointed Head of HR of IT Division. In that role I followed the integration of BNL within BNPParibas Group and leaded the related Change Management projects. In 2009 I was appointed Head of HR of the major BNL business regional Division, including almost 3.000 employees, about 200 Retail branches, several Private Banking centers and Corporate Affairs centers and also accountable for back office operations and risk management. In June 2011 I joined ICCREA Bank as Head of HR & Organisation to lead the deep and strategic changing process which is involving the whole Institute. From August 2013, while maintain the accountability for HR & Organisation in ICCREA Bank, I am also in charge of HR Development and Change Management for the whole ICCREA Banking GROUP.
