(Adnkronos) - Gli ultimi momenti di Yahya Sinwar, ucciso a Rafah in un raid di Israele, documentati da un drone che entra nell'ultimo rifugio del leader di Hamas. Il video diffuso dalle forze di difesa israeliane (Idf) mostra Sinwar seduto su una poltrona. Il leader di Hamas, in una casa che appare sventrata dal raid, brandisce un bastone e lo lancia contro il drone con l'ultimo gesto prima dell'attacco finale che lo ucciderà.

Lo ha detto Adrian McDonald, presidente Emea di Dell Technologies nel corso della conferenza Comolake a Cernobbio. "C'è un mondo straordinario davanti a noi se guardiamo appunto come fornire migliori servizi al pubblico e ai cittadini", ha sottolineato.
(Adnkronos) - “La ristorazione collettiva ha diverse funzioni. La prima è quella di educare i propri interlocutori, pensiamo quando ci si rivolge al segmento delle scuole, in cui l'aspetto dell'educazione alimentare è fondamentale. L'alimentazione in ottica di sostenibilità unisce la dimensione ambientale, in cui bisogna pensare a valorizzare e preservare il nostro capitale naturale, e la dimensione sociale, cioè fare in modo che ci sia la possibilità di un accesso a un cibo adeguato, sostenibile, sano per tutti”. Sono le parole di Marco Frey della Scuola Universitaria superiore Sant'Anna di Pisa e presidente della Fondazione Global Compact Italia intervenuto al secondo Summit della ristorazione organizzato da Cirfood e in corso a Reggio Emilia. “Oltre a questo, bisogna trovare anche un equilibrio pieno con l'altra dimensione che è quella economica - aggiunge - quindi è necessario che ci sia un riconoscimento da parte del mercato, dei soggetti intermedi, che garantiscono il giusto valore ai servizi che vengono forniti nella prospettiva di far sì che questa transizione verso un'alimentazione più sana e sostenibile sia pienamente vissuta con responsabilità da parte di tutti gli attori”. Le scelte di oggi “avranno conseguenze e saranno pagate dalle generazioni future – osserva Frey - tutti i processi di transizione sono caratterizzati da trade-off, cioè da potenziali contrasti. Bisognerebbe sempre cercare di trovare la soluzione tra le diverse esigenze. Il problema non è spendere poco o mangiare bene: il problema è che dobbiamo spendere il giusto per mangiare meglio. Porsi supposizioni che vedono soltanto un lato della medaglia evidentemente non aiuta. La sostenibilità - conclude - è l'integrazione tra diverse dimensioni”.
