Chi è: My area of expertise is ICT management for government, particularly regarding business intelligence and information management: I've been responsible for BI/DWH projects since 1996 and for BICC (Business Intelligence Competency Center) since 2000. In recent years I developed a wider expertise in information systems, becoming Chief Information Officer within the organization. More recently I've been responsible for the Architecture area and finally, since 2008, she's been responsible for HR projects and services. My technical skills are in the following domains: Solutions for the BI and DWH (among them: SAS, Business Objects, Open Source solutions such as Pentaho, Talend, Jasper, R*) Solutions for Project Management, Procurement, Management Control Solutions for HRM (such as Oracle HR). I participated as scientific expert in the SDA Bocconi BI Observatory, 2007 - 2009. I'm University lecturer on Information Management, Data governance, Data quality, Business Intelligence (Politecnico di Torino, Università di Torino, Università Bicocca di Milano).
