(Adnkronos) - La Corea del Nord ha deciso di inviare 12.000 soldati a sostegno della Russia nella guerra in corso da quasi 1000 giorni con l'Ucraina. A rivelare la mossa di Kim Jong-un è l'intelligence sudcoreana, secondo cui Pyongyang avrebbe già iniziato a "spostare le sue truppe". "È noto che la Corea del Nord ha recentemente deciso di inviare in guerra in Ucraina un totale di 12.000 militari, tra cui quattro brigate di forze speciali", afferma il National Intelligence Service di Seul. Si tratta del primo dispiegamento su larga scala di forze di terra nordcoreane, come riporta l'agenzia di stampa sudcoreana Yonhap. L'asse tra Corea del Nord e Russia appare sempre più solido, dopo l'accordo siglato a giugno da Kim e dal presidente russo Vladimir Putin. Pyongyang, dopo aver fornito a Mosca armi e munizioni, ora si appresta a diventare un alleato 'totale' nella guerra contro l'Ucraina. La decisione di Kim cambia radicalmente il quarto e spinge l'Unione Europea a preannunciare una risposta, come dice il portavoce per gli affari esteri dell'Ue Peter Stano. "Abbiamo preso nota delle notizie sul possibile coinvolgimento delle truppe nordcoreane in Ucraina. Se confermato, ciò rappresenterebbe una significativa escalation delle relazioni militari con la Russia, in ulteriore spregio del diritto internazionale, e dimostra ancora una volta che è la Russia a intensificare la guerra e la sua aggressione, con la partecipazione attiva dei suoi alleati", dice Stano. Il portavoce sottolinea la preoccupazione dell'Europa per l'intensificarsi della cooperazione militare e dei trasferimenti di armi tra Pyongyang e Mosca e ha ribadito che il continuo sostegno alla Corea del Nord nel contesto dell'invasione dell'Ucraina da parte della Russia "riceverà una risposta adeguata" da parte del blocco. Per la diplomazia europea, un passo del genere dimostrerebbe che la Russia non ha alcun interesse reale per la pace. "Al contrario, la Russia cerca disperatamente qualsiasi aiuto per la sua aggressione illegale, anche da attori che stanno seriamente disturbando la pace e la sicurezza mondiale", aggiunge Stano. Per l'Ue, il ricorso della Russia al regime di Kim Jong Un riflette "la reale debolezza" di Mosca, "il suo crescente isolamento" e "l'efficacia delle misure restrittive dell'Ue contro la Russia". Le mosse di Kim vengono osservate con attenzione, ovviamente, anche da Seul. La tensione tra le due Coree, nelle ultime settimane, ha raggiunto livelli estremamente elevati. I crescenti legami militari della Corea del Nord con Mosca rappresentano una "significativa minaccia alla sicurezza" non solo della Corea del Sud, ma anche della comunità internazionale, evidenzia l'ufficio del presidente sudcoreano Yoon Suk Yeol, spiegando che il crescente sostegno di Pyongyang alla guerra di Mosca in Ucraina è andato "oltre il trasferimento di forniture militari e l'effettivo dispiegamento di truppe". Parlando durante il vertice ministeriale in corso a Bruxelles, il vice ministro della Difesa sudcoreano Kim Seon-oh afferma che se il dispiegamento fosse vero, dimostrerebbe i "disperati" ultimi sforzi del regime recluso per ottenere garanzie di sicurezza dalla Russia. "Se davvero hanno inviato le loro truppe, è perché il Nord sente il bisogno di farlo per mantenere il proprio regime, cercando garanzie dalla Russia a questo scopo", dice, premettendo che si tratta di una sua opinione personale. "Anche il commercio di armi con la Russia è un atto che nasce dalla disperazione di chi è sull'orlo del baratro", aggiunge.

L’evento costituisce un’importante occasione per discutere del futuro del welfare, con un focus su innovazione, inclusività e sostenibilità sociale. Durante il Global Welfare Summit, verranno presentati i risultati delle elaborazioni condotte dall’Osservatorio Italian Welfare che, in una prospettiva multidimensionale, ha introdotto per la prima volta il concetto di 'Welfare Globale', basato sull’assunto per cui il benessere del singolo si traduce nella sua capacità di far fronte ai principali fabbisogni grazie agli strumenti di welfare a sua disposizione su dieci pilastri. La giornata vedrà coinvolti i principali stakeholder di settore, che discuteranno su temi chiavi quali: la previdenza complementare, la sanità integrativa, la work-life integration ed il wellbeing, i caregiver e la fragilità. Il summit offrirà anche l’opportunità di partecipare a workshop tematici interattivi, in cui saranno presentati case study, soluzioni all’avanguardia e best practice, per ispirare tutti coloro che intendano implementare modelli di welfare efficaci e sostenibili. Il dibattito vedrà la partecipazione di rappresentanti delle istituzioni, tra cui: Francesco Zaffini (presidente della Commissione Affari sociali, sanità, lavoro pubblico e privato, previdenza sociale Senato della Repubblica), Walter Rizzetto (presidente Commissione Lavoro pubblico e privato Camera dei deputati), Nunzia Catalfo (già ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche sociali, Consigliere di Amministrazione Inail) e Cesare Damiano (già ministro del Lavoro e della Previdenza Sociale, presidente dell’Associazione Lavoro & Welfare). La giornata si concluderà con la cerimonia di premiazione delle aziende che, secondo l’Osservatorio Italian Welfare, si sono contraddistinte per l’eccellenza del livello di “benessere globale” offerto ai propri lavoratori e per altre iniziative nell’ambito della sostenibilità sociale, dell’inclusività e dell’educazione al welfare.
(Adnkronos) - “Il tema della sicurezza è centrale da quando l’Associazione nazionale energia del vento è stata costituita. Questo ha portato, soprattutto negli ultimi 10 anni, a importanti sviluppi. Abbiamo un gruppo di lavoro dedicato alla sicurezza estremamente attivo, abbiamo fatto proposte di miglioramenti e aggiustamenti collaborando col ministero e le autorità preposte. Un obiettivo è quello di arrivare a un contratto collettivo specifico che possa consentire la gestione in maniera più strutturata di questi elementi”. Sono le parole di Simone Togni, presidente di Anev, l’associazione nazionale energia del vento, intervenuto durante il dibattito dal titolo 'Together for safety'. Un’iniziativa organizzata da Engie Italia che ha voluto proporre un confronto con istituzioni e operatori del mercato energetico, volta a sensibilizzare gli attori coinvolti sul fondamentale tema della sicurezza sul lavoro. È stata anche l’occasione per parlare di innovazioni e nuove tecnologie. “Tecnologie innovative come l’intelligenza artificiale e la realtà aumentata potranno essere molto utili nel settore eolico, ad esempio per visionare le turbine direttamente dalla sala controllo - ha aggiunto Togni - Sicuramente, però, l’elemento centrale rimarrà l’esperienza maturata sul campo da chi fa questo lavoro”.
