Chi è: Working since 2007 as a member of the HR Corporate team, currently in charge of Group Training and Development and recently appointed as responsible for the Corporate Talent Management Process, I have been given the beautiful opportunity to design, implement and roll out Process and Products aimed at serving key employees' career development throughout the organization globally. (Performance management system, assessment and development centers, leadership training, coaching&mentoring programs, succession plans and talent programs are a sample of the main HR processes/tools designed and implemented. Corporate University and internal faculties are managed aligned to the business strategy in all Countries worldwide.) Supporting leadership development and managerial profile enhancement of extraordinary skilled engineers is, at the same time, a challenge and a vocation for me. It's amazing the shift that skilled people can do if they only are put in and if they put themselves in conditions to fully express their talents.
