(Adnkronos) - Mediterranea Saving Humans denuncia il ministro dell'Interno, Matteo Piantedosi, al Tribunale Penale Internazionale. A renderlo noto è la stessa ong. "L'ufficio legale di Mediterranea Saving Humans, ha provveduto a trasmettere nella giornata di oggi all'Ufficio del Procuratore del Tribunale Penale Internazionale Mr. Karim Khan KC, copia della pubblica dichiarazione del Ministro degli Interni italiano, Matteo Piantedosi, riguardanti respingimenti collettivi in Libia operati da milizie facenti capo ad autorità del paese nordafricano", scrive l'ong. "Piantedosi, con comunicazione su social 'X' pubblicata alle ore 11.15 del giorno 19 settembre 2024, dichiara: 'Sono 16.220 i migranti diretti verso le coste europee intercettati in mare e riportati in sicurezza in Libia da gennaio a oggi. Un dato che testimonia l’efficacia della collaborazione dell’Italia con i Paesi di origine e transito dei migranti nel contrastare i trafficanti di essere umani e le morti in mare'. Essendo la Libia 'posto non sicuro', come certificato dai più autorevoli organismi internazionali e dalle Nazioni Unite - si legge nella nota di Mediterranea - nel caso di collaborazione ad attività di deportazione in quel paese di profughi e rifugiati, si configura il reato di violazione della Convenzione di Ginevra sui profughi e rifugiati e della Convenzione di Amburgo sul soccorso in mare". E ancora: "Abbiamo provveduto a segnalare quindi al Tribunale Penale Internazionale la 'rivendicazione' di questo gravissimo reato, che per stessa ammissione del ministro Piantedosi, è stato compiuto contro 16.220 esseri umani, dei quali né lui, né altri, possono oggi sapere il destino dopo che sono ricaduti nelle mani dei carcerieri dai quali provavano a fuggire. Auspichiamo di poter contribuire con questa segnalazione al TPI, all'apertura, ai sensi dell'art.15 della Carta di Roma, di un'indagine indipendente condotta dallo staff dell'OTP presso il Tribunale Penale Internazionale".
(Adnkronos) - Si apre domani a Palazzo Vecchio a Firenze il XXI convegno nazionale del Codau, con il titolo 'L’università del futuro tra umanesimo, intelligenza artificiale e governo dei dati'. Il Codau è l’ente che rappresenta i direttori generali ed i dirigenti di tutte le università italiane, statali e non statali. Il convegno proseguirà nelle giornate di venerdì 20 e sabato 21 settembre, presso il polo universitario delle scienze sociali di novoli dell’università degli studi di Firenze. In apertura, con il presidente Codau, Alberto Scuttari, saranno presenti il ministro dell’Università e della Ricerca, Anna Maria Bernini, la sindaca di Firenze, Sara Funaro, la rettrice dell’università degli studi di Firenze, Alessandra Petrucci, la Presidente Crui, Giovanna Iannantuoni, il Presidente Anvur, Antonio Felice Uricchio. I temi centrali del convegno, che vede già oltre trecentocinquanta accreditati con la presenza anche di una delegazione dei Direttori Generali degli atenei francesi, saranno le modalità con le quali il sistema universitario, insieme ai più importanti stakeholders nazionali ed internazionali, può guidare efficacemente il cambiamento generato dall’intelligenza artificiale e dal governo dei dati, facilitando l’innovazione e lo sviluppo di competenze adeguate. Nei momenti di networking del Convegno sarà possibile per i delegati visitare la Villa Medicea di Poggio a Caiano e partecipare, presso la Villa Castelletti, all’attribuzione del Premio per l’innovazione “Clara Coviello”. Alla vigilia dell’apertura del convegno nazionale il presidente del Codau, Alberto Scuttari, ha affermato: “La trasformazione digitale è una realtà che porta gli atenei a vivere questa stagione storica con un allenamento costante ad affrontare un cambiamento che lascia alle spalle molte logiche che hanno fino ad oggi creato convinzioni, equilibri, aspettative. In questo contesto, il Codau mette al centro della propria riflessione le modalità con le quali il management universitario può guidare efficacemente il cambiamento, facilitando l’innovazione e lo sviluppo di competenze adeguate. Dobbiamo pensare a come gestire i dati in modo responsabile, a come sfruttare l'intelligenza artificiale a vantaggio della ricerca e della didattica e, soprattutto, a come mantenere la funzione dell’università quale motore di innovazione, inclusione e crescita sociale”. (Adnkronos) - Mobilità sostenibile, efficienza energetica, smart life: queste le coordinate principali della terza edizione del Mobility Forum di Comunicazione, evento quest’anno proposto quale seconda tappa della WellWeek, il Festival itinerante della sostenibilità e del benessere.
