Giulia SantoroChi è: Since December 2017 I am employed at BayWa r.e. Italia Srl (Milan) as HR Business Partner directly reporting to the HR Director and the MDs. I have specific responsibility for developing and implementing an integrated people strategy for the area of reference and delivering all the key people processes. As HR Business Partner I am the interface between HR and the designated business / functional leaders in order to embed a strategic approach to human resource development and management to deliver business results. Since late 2020, as a volunteer I also support small NGOs for mental health and learning development in a very poor country like Malawi, Africa. Now HR Business Partner BayWa r.e. EMEA. Main tasks: Development of the HR department for the BayWa r.e. branch offices in Italy with directly report to the Board of Directors of each companies. Direct support to the company business development through the management of the recruiting processes, the periodical performance review of the employees, the analysis of the work environment, the employees training and education, the HR procedures set-up, etc. Support to the achieving of the company business targets through the growth of the people. Development of the corporate culture and of the employees engagement to the company encouraging the dynamics of internal communication as a lever to create a collaborative, dynamic and stimulating work environment; Responsible for the study, interpretation and application of the contractual and legal provisions governing the employment relationship; Management of trade union relations and Labor inspectorate in respect of the rights and duties of workers in line with the company remuneration and contractual policies. |
